Who we are
Manifestive is an app for iOS and Android, and this website, operated by Siafy ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app and the website collect, what we do with it, which companies process it for us, and what choices you have. We have tried to write it plainly. If something is unclear, write to us at the address at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
Account
You can use the app without registering: it then creates an anonymous account identified only by a random ID. If you choose to sign in with your email address, we store that address and send you a one-time code to confirm it. We also store the name you give us, your language, and your notification preferences.
Content you create
Your manifests, journal entries, affirmations (including voice recordings you make of them), vision boards and the images on them, Daily Sign entries, your streak, and the answers and portrait from the soulmate feature. This content is stored in your account so the app can show it to you on your devices.
Conversations with the AI features
Messages you exchange with the AI Manifest Coach and, if you use the Mira voice sessions, the recording, transcript and summary of each session. The section "AI features" below explains this in detail.
How you use the app
Events such as opening the app, completing onboarding, creating an item, viewing the subscription screen, or starting a session, together with the app version, platform and language. We record these in our own database, linked to your account ID, and also through Google's Firebase Analytics. These events describe what happened, not the content of what you wrote or said.
How you found us
If you tell us in the app how you heard about Manifestive, we store your answer. On Android we also read the install referrer that Google Play passes to the app (for example which page or campaign the download link came from). Links from this website to the stores carry a label naming the page they were on.
Purchases
Subscriptions are bought from Apple or Google, who handle the payment. We never see your card details. We receive, through our subscription provider RevenueCat, which plan you have, whether it is active, when it renews or expires, the store country, and the amount paid.
Device and notifications
If you allow notifications, a push token for your device is registered with our notification provider so that we can send them. Reminders at a time you choose are scheduled on your device itself. Like any online service, our servers and providers also see technical data such as your IP address and device type when the app connects.
This website
The website uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and store buttons are used. It does not require an account. Our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver the pages.
Messages you send us
If you email us or send feedback from the app, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply.
AI features
Some features are produced by AI models from Google (Gemini). When you use them, the content needed for that feature is sent to Google to generate the response. We use Google's paid API, and Google states that content sent through it is not used to train its models. Mira and the AI Manifest Coach are AI, not people.
AI Manifest Coach (text)
Your messages, and the context of the goal you chose to talk about, are sent to Google's Gemini models to generate the coach's replies. The conversation is stored in your account so you can return to it.
Mira voice sessions
Before your first session the app asks for your agreement. During a session, your voice is streamed through our voice server to Google's voice service, together with a short profile summary that lets Mira speak to you personally: your first name, language, your manifests and affirmations, the titles and moods of recent journal entries, vision board titles, your current streak, the step you agreed on last time, and short notes from earlier sessions. Each session is recorded. The recording, a written transcript, a short summary, your mood as you described it, and any step you agreed on are stored in your account so that you can replay and review past sessions.
Who can hear and read your sessions
Only you can listen to your recordings, from the session history in the app. Siafy staff do not listen to recordings. Staff may read transcripts and summaries where needed to keep the service safe and to improve its quality. We would only access a recording if you report a problem with a session and give us permission.
What Mira remembers and saves
After a session, a few short factual notes are kept so that later sessions can build on earlier ones. With your spoken agreement during a session, Mira can save things to your account for you, such as an affirmation, a journal note, a new intention, a vision board or a reminder. You can delete any session, together with its recording, from the history.
Images and daily messages
Soulmate portraits and other generated images are created by Google's image models from the answers and descriptions you provide. Short daily messages are generated from your name, language and goals.
Not medical or psychological care
The AI features are a guided self-reflection practice. They are not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice, and they cannot respond to an emergency. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country, or reach out to someone you trust, right away.
How we use your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content you create (your manifests, journal, affirmations, vision boards or conversations) for advertising.
Companies that process data for us
We rely on the following service providers. Each receives only what it needs for its task.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or of Siafy. If the business is ever transferred, your information would move with it under the same commitments.
Where your data is processed
Our providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in, including in the European Union and the United States. Our voice server is located in Germany. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the contractual safeguards our providers offer.
Security
Data travels between the app and our services over encrypted connections. Access to your content in our database is restricted so that an account can read and change only its own rows, and voice recordings are kept in private storage that only your account can open. Access by our staff is limited to what is needed to run and support the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that a breach will never happen; if one affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
How long we keep it
- Account and the content you create: kept for as long as your account exists, until you delete the item or the account.
- Mira recordings, transcripts and notes: kept in your history until you delete the session or your account.
- Usage events: kept while your account exists; deleted with the account. Statistics that no longer identify anyone may be kept.
- Purchase records: the stores and our subscription provider keep transaction records as long as they are required to for tax and accounting purposes.
- Messages you send us: kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our records.
- Backups: deleted data can remain in our providers' routine backups for a limited time before it is overwritten.
Deleting your data
You can delete individual items (a manifest, a journal entry, a vision board, a Mira session and its recording) inside the app at any time.
To delete everything, open Profile → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes your account, the content you created, your voice recordings and session history, and asks our subscription and notification providers to remove their records of you. It cannot be undone. If your version of the app does not yet show this option, update the app or write to us and we will delete the account for you.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions are managed by the store: cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings, otherwise the store will keep charging you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the KVKK in Türkiye, or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to:
Access
Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
Correction
Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected
Deletion
Have your personal data deleted; in the app this is Profile → Delete account
Portability
Receive your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format
Restriction and objection
Ask us to limit, or object to, certain uses of your data
Withdraw consent
Withdraw a consent you gave, such as for notifications or voice sessions
To use any of these rights, write to us at the address below from the email linked to your account, or tell us how we can identify the account. We do not discriminate against anyone for using their rights. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Notifications and tracking choices
Notifications are optional: you can allow or refuse them when the app asks, and change your mind in your device settings at any time. On iOS, the app asks for permission before any tracking across other companies' apps and websites, and works the same if you refuse. On the website you can block cookies in your browser.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
When we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and its date. For changes that affect what the AI features do with your voice or your content, the app will ask for your agreement again before you continue to use them.
