Agreement to Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Siafy, the operator of the Manifestive app and this website ("Manifestive", "the app", "the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

What Manifestive is

Manifestive is a personal practice app. It includes:

•Creating and tracking manifests (intentions and goals)
•A daily journal
•Affirmations, including recording them in your own voice
•Vision boards
•Short guided practice and visualization
•Daily Sign: a daily record of evidence and progress
•AI Manifest Coach, a text conversation about a goal you choose
•Mira, an AI voice guide for a short daily session (where available)
•AI Soulmate Sketch and other generated images
•Optional reminders and a premium subscription

Features can change over time, and some are available only in certain versions, languages or plans.

A practice, not a promise

Please read this

Manifestation, as this app approaches it, is a practice of attention, reflection and small actions. We do not promise or guarantee any result: not money, health, a relationship, a job, or anything else, and not by any date. Nothing in the app or on this website is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and the app is not a substitute for professional help. Decisions you make are your own.

AI features

The AI Manifest Coach, the Mira voice guide, daily messages and generated images are produced by artificial intelligence. Mira and the coach are not people, therapists or advisers.

•AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Treat it as a prompt for your own reflection, not as fact or advice.
•The AI features cannot help in an emergency. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line, or someone you trust, right away.
•Voice sessions with Mira are recorded and kept in your history so you can replay them; the app asks for your agreement before your first session. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
•Generated images, including soulmate portraits, are imaginative illustrations. They do not depict or predict a real person.

Your account

You can use the app without registering, or sign in with your email address. If you use the app without signing in, your content is tied to that installation and may be lost if you remove the app or change device. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email and device secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete account. This is permanent.

Your content

What you write, record and create in the app remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you add, and you must have the right to use anything you upload, such as images.

Acceptable use

Please use the service lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

✗Using the service for anything illegal, or to harm or harass anyone
✗Uploading content you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful or abusive
✗Trying to access other people's accounts or data, or our systems, without permission
✗Interfering with the service, overloading it, or getting around usage limits or paid features
✗Using automated tools to extract content or to use the AI features in bulk
✗Reverse engineering, copying or reselling the app, except where the law allows it

Subscriptions and payments

The app is free to download and has free features. Premium features require a subscription, which you buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store, not Siafy, takes the payment.

  • Billing: the price and billing period (for example monthly or yearly) are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account.
  • Automatic renewal: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
  • Cancelling: you cancel in your Apple or Google account settings, not in the app and not by deleting the app or your account. You keep premium access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
  • Price changes: prices can differ by country and may change. The store will notify you of a price increase for an existing subscription where its rules require that.
  • Free trials and offers: if a trial or introductory offer is shown, the store charges the regular price when it ends unless you cancel before then.

Usage limits and availability

Some features have limits, such as a number of AI conversations or voice sessions per day or week, which can differ between free and premium plans and may change. AI and voice features depend on third-party services and an internet connection; they may occasionally be unavailable, slow or limited. We try to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, text, graphics and name belong to Siafy or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own, non-commercial purposes. Apple, the App Store, Google and Google Play are trademarks of their owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties that are not stated in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes you hoped for and did not achieve. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms or misuse the service. If we stop providing the service altogether, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. We will post the new version here with its date, and tell you in the app about changes that matter. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
